Yerba Mate is wonderful on its own (our traditional mate), but also blends very well with a variety of herbs, spices and fruit to create a refreshing, nutritious hot or cold beverage. this "green tea with a kick" is loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids.
